With the use of aerial photography, Matterport, Listing Booster, ListHub, and more, I believe I can offer you the most comprehensive, cutting edge listing package available to put your home in front of the most buyers, not just in the New River Valley but globally.

I use these components in combination with years of real estate and marketing experience to create a comprehensive multimedia marketing strategy for my listings that spans multiple mediums:

• A sample brochure I create a custom brochure for my listings – to be made available at the property at the discretion of the seller. The brochures go inside the property (when possible) in a listing packet and outside the property (when possible) in a ‘Take One’ box.
  
• High-quality photos: I will get photographs taken by a professional photographer. Does it make that big of a difference? YES! Back in the office, the photos are edited and saved in print-friendly and web-friendly formats. The video is edited, compiled, and posted to our YouTube channel. The digital photos and videos are posted to real estate websites and syndication sites, along with our local MLS. *I now offer aerial photos and videos using a drone which will give a unique perspective of the home from the ground up. This gives the buyer a better idea of how the home is positioned in the neighborhood and capture the surrounding views of the beautiful Blueridge Mountains.
  
• Social networking channels: we utilize sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, & Pinterest to market listings.

• Open House information: I will generally hold an open house within the first week of the home being listed.
• Individual multimedia web page via Listing Booster; the property will receive a custom single-page website of its own.
• Our listings appear on a myriad of real estate websites via ListHub.com and REMAX International including Trulia, Zillow, Front Door, RealtyTrac, Vast, REMAX.com, my personal website (which receives almost 1000 visitors per month) and many more.
• Print Advertising: No New River Valley advertising campaign would be complete without advertising in the area’s only daily local newspaper, The Roanoke Times. We run a full-page ad 26 weeks of the year specifically for RE/ MAX 8 listings. 

When all the marketing pieces have been put into place for a newly listed property, I'll email a summary of what we have created (including links to the various Internet postings (see attached example) so sellers have a quick, comprehensive reference to their property’s marketing strategy – a strategy we are happy to tweak, adjust, expand, or add to at any time as market conditions demand, or as sellers suggest. I will send you weekly reports summarizing the traffic your property listing is getting online on various websites. I will let you know when your property is advertised in print media, and we will let you know any feedback received from those who view your property while it is listed. In other words, I’ll keep in touch!
